High quality, great tasting wheat, dairy and sugar free food can be enjoyed at the deli for breakfast, lunch, dinner or anything in between. Takeaway is also available for those who are in a rush, but after some healthy deliciousness.

“The Detox Kitchen Bible” sold to Bloomsbury

Bloomsbury has acquired a healthy cookbook from chef-and-nutritionist team Lily Simpson and Rob Hobson. Commissioning editor Natalie Bellos bought World rights in The Detox Kitchen Bible from Dorie Simmonds of The Dorie Simmonds Agency.

Bellos said that the book celebrates “food that is good for the body, and will be a bold and beautiful source of inspiration”.

Simpson is founder of The Detox Kitchen, a healthy food delivery service. Hobson is a qualified nutritionist. Their book will include hundreds of inventive recipes, as well as tailored detox plans.

Bloomsbury will publish The Detox Kitchen Bible in spring 2015.
