Rob is the author of the bestselling Cookbook UNPROCESS YOUR LIFE: Break Free from Ultra-Processed Foods For Good which was serialised as a major 4-part serialisation in the Daily Mail, and Rob has appeared regularly on TV shows such as This Morning and Lorraine as one of the UK’s leading nutritionists. Rob also co-authored the hugely successful cookbook, The Detox Kitchen Bible (Bloomsbury, May 2015). This book hasbeen published in both hardback and paperback editions worldwide. Rob has also authored The Art of Sleeping, published in November 2019 (Harper Collins). This successful book has since been translated into almost a dozen languages across the globe.
Rob has vast experience working in public health for government agencies, charity organisations and within the NHS and establishing himself as one of the UK’s leading media nutritionists. Rob has been featured on numerous TV programs, including Katie Piper’s Breakfast Show, Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped. He regularly features on the radio, having spoken extensively on many channels, including BBC radio.
Rob is currently at work on his next book to be published in 2025.
